Cancellation & Refund Policy

Everyday Mobile Mechanics | Columbus, Ohio

Appointment Cancellations

Customers are requested to provide at least 12 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a $25 cancellation fee, provided the fee was disclosed and agreed to before booking.

Same-Day & Emergency Services

Same-day and emergency appointments are subject to technician availability. Applicable cancellation terms and fees will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.

Technician Dispatch

If an appointment is canceled after a technician has been dispatched, the customer may be responsible for the previously disclosed and agreed-upon travel fee.

Cancellation and travel fees will not be duplicated for the same expense.

Missed Appointments

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible at the confirmed appointment location.

Missed appointments or situations where the technician cannot access the vehicle may result in applicable fees disclosed and accepted before booking.

Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule by contacting Everyday Mechanics. Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on services already performed, parts purchased with customer authorization, and any applicable charges agreed upon before service.

Refunds will be provided whenever required by applicable law.

Cancellations by Everyday Mechanics

If Everyday Mechanics cancels an appointment, customers may reschedule or receive a refund of payments for services not provided.

Customer Cancellation Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights available under Ohio or federal law, including rights that may apply to qualifying home solicitation transactions.
